We are dealing with an estate where lady was domiciled in UK and had a Will here but had property and bank accounts in northern Cyprus. She doesn’t appear to have made a Will in that jurisdiction.
Can anyone recommend a law firm in Northern Cyprus that can advise on the devolution of the assets in that jurisdiction?
There is only one jurisdiction and that is the republic of Cyprus. No republic of northern cyprus exists or is recognized by any other country in the world (apart from turkey).
There is no legal basis for the acquiring property in that area and it’s actually illegal to.
