Would a COP order be required before filing and serving PI pleadings.
Or Can we issue PI protective pleadings naming the client only or name client and potential litigation friend or Can we issue naming the client only.
Client has suffered significant trauma and Brain Injury and has cognitive issues
I understand this may be more personal injury side but if anyone has any thoughts that would be amazing.
