I have an elderly client who is interested in making some large PETs and taking out limited term life insurance against any IHT liability that might arise if they die within seven years of those gifts. I’ve heard of this being done, but I’ve not had any direct experience with it. Can anyone on this forum recommend a broker on organisation what is willing to extend this kind of insurance?
