Do any forum members know what the latest is on the proposed Probate Court fee increase? The consultation ended some time ago - any possibility it has been shelved?

I’ve been waiting for an update on this too. The last change came without prior warning, and my guess is that the new “backdoor IHT” probate fee will come in simultaneously to the RNRB. Time will tell!
