Are members experiencing problems with the OPG losing pages from LPAs which have been submitted for registration?
In the past two months on three separate matters the OPG have lost continuation sheets on one or more LPAs that I have submitted for registration. This leads to additional work in having to provide the OPG with certified copies of the relevant pages and delays in the registration.
Is anyone aware of the OPG changing the way they process LPAs which may be causing these problems or am I just very unlucky?
