Does anybody have experience of whether an English Property and Finance LPA is accepted regarding property in France?
Deceased estate, widow and four children (from first marri.age). A property sale was proceeding. Solicitors for widow have raised the issue of capacity and are having her assessed. There is a valid LPA in favour of widow’s son and daughter?
We are keen to know whether the LPA will be accepted if the widow is found to have lacked capacity.
