I have tried calling the Probate Service but gave up after a long time on hold. We need a Court Sealed and Court Certified copy of the UK Grant and a Court Sealed and Court Certified copy of the Will (a copy which has been sealed by the Court, certified as a true copy of the original on the reverse by the Registrar, and signed and dated by the Probate Registrar) for use in Jersey. Last time I needed this I dealt with the local Probate Registry.

PAS1 tick the box for use to administer an estate outside of UK and include Jersey where it asks for the jurisdiction. Important that you do obtain court sealed and certified copy as the Registrar in Jersey will not accept it otherwise.
