Right to Information - Remaindermen of Life Interest Trusts

Is anybody able to confirm what information, if any, the remaindermen of a Life Interest Trust are entitled to in terms of how the capital fund is being dealt with etc. I appreciate that the Trustees have a duty to balance the interests of the Life Tenant and the remaindermen but to what extent can the remaindermen request information on the capital fund whilst the Life Tenant is alive? Any particular authority would also be useful.

Remaindermen are entitled to know how the trust fund is invested
throughout the life of the trust, and not just when the trust us wound
up.

Unless provided for on the trust instrument, or a trust of land, there
is no obligation to consult the remaindermen on investment changes, etc.
