I have a client who’s father died intestate in San Mateo, California (I believe just outside San Francisco). He also has property in Georgia. My client’s brother went across initially and instructed an attorney but the advice we are getting does not appear to be good. The estate could be several million dollars and so I need a contact in the area who I can speak with and see how to proceed. Any suggestions?
