I am aware that the time limit for an application for rectification under s20 is 6 months from the date of the grant, however does this time limit also apply for an application under s21?

As the heading to the section states, it merely provides for the admission of evidence to assist in the interpretation of a will. Any time limit will be prescribed in relation to the nature of the application being made. Having said that, other than an application for rectification, I am not aware of any specific time limits relating to an application to interpret the terms of a will (or other testamentary document).
