My clients’ father set up a trust in 1983. The original and any copies of the trust deed appear to be lost so we are piecing together information to form the basis of an application to court on the matter. We have reason to believe the trust would have been set up using a pro forma trust deed from a financial services company (we don’t know which company) and I am after a copy of such a trust deed that would have been in use in 1983 - or better still a collection of them to compare. If anybody is able to provide me with a copy, redacted as necessary, I would be most grateful.
