A very basic declaration of trust prepared over a UK property by Saudi Arabian domiciled property owner who is sole trustee in favour of settlor, spouse and children for IHT purposes to reduce UK estate. No mention of jurisdiction, signed and witnessed in SA. Is it possible to rectify this?
