Evicting a beneficiary (Part 2)

Thank you for the replies to my earlier post re evicting a beneficiary. What would the position be if one of the personal representatives named on the letters of administration is also a resident in the deceased’s property and similarly is refusing to leave? How can this conflict be resolved?

My understanding is that the claim can be made by the other administrators.

Your litigation solicitors should be able to advise on whether it is necessary to make a preliminary application in this respect, or if it is acceptable for the conflict merely to be addressed in the particulars of claim themselves.
