We advise the trustees of a RPT where a trustee was appointed as the FATCA Reporting Officer in 2014. Some deficiencies with the reporting have now come to light and need to be straightened out. This is somewhat outside our remit - can anyone recommend an accountant (or similar) who advises on FATCA, preferably not at extortionate price? Thank you.
