I am executor of the estate of a well known long retired actor who continues to receives royalties from all over the world which are sent, sporadically, to his home address. His post is currently being redirected to our office.
I have contacted the main well known broadcastors and production companies and requested that any future payments are made to the specific legatee. However some payments are being, and no doubt will continue to be made from previously unknown companies in Asia and elsewhere.
We clearly cannot redirect his post for ever to deal with these, could anyone advise what we should do to ensure that the legatee receives all future royalties.
I would be grateful for any advice.
