Have just discovered this thread. Can anyone email me a copy of this form please to lgibbs-kneller@fosters-solicitors.co.uk why on earth this isn’t available to download from Gov.uk is beyond me!

There various useful items in the resources section of the Step Libraty – could one of these be sent to the step@step.org address for publication in the knowledge hub – doesn’t quite fit the “ briefing notes” title and perhaps copyright might be a problem, but…
