Investment/tax advice on life assurance bond

We advise the trustees of a trust where the entire fund is invested in an investment bond.
The original investment in 2004 was overseen by an IFA who was also providing investment reviews, however he has now retired.
We now need a full review of the investment suitability of the bond, but the trustees also need to consider the taxation regime applying to the bond (which is classed as a life assurance policy) as we understand from previous advice that the withdrawal limit will soon be reached, following which any further withdrawals will be chargeable events.

So there are both investment and taxation aspects: but ideally we would find someone who is comfortable advising on both of these; does anyone have a recommendation?
