Non-recourse charge instead of IOU - NRBDT

Please could anyone point me in the direction of a precedent for a non-recourse charge for a NRBDT? This is where the PRs charge the matrimonial home with a non-recourse loan, the trustees accept the charge in satisfaction of the NRB legacy, and the property is then transferred to the surviving spouse subject to the charge.
