I have just submitted a probate application via MyHmcts and printed their completed application page.
They asked me to send the completed application page and signed legal statement.
They have also asked for ‘the inheritance tax form NA’ unless I should be reading this as Not applicable then please could anyone clarify what form they are requesting.
