Not strictly a trusts discussion issue, but my firm has been selected for the SRA thematic review of PoAs and deuptyships. Does anyone have any experience of these and could share their experience?
Training records are required but most of my departments’ training in recent years has been on other private client matters and not a significant amount on PoAs or Deputyship
