Release of IIP by one of two joint life tenants

There is an IIP Trust created in a Will of H over matrimonial property for W (wife) and S (adult son) as the life tenants which terminates on death of the survivor of W and S. They are equally entitled to the income during the Trust Period. When the Trust Period ends the property fund is to be treated as accretion to the Residuary Estate. The Residuary Estate passes to W and if she dies before H then for A, B, and C (all adult children of H). S moved out of the property and no longer wants to have any interest in it. W is alive. How can S release his interest in the property to ensure that on W’s death, the property passes to A, B and C? H died 4 years ago. Any ideas please?
