I submitted S.27 notices (time limit for bring a claim having now passed and no claims forthcoming) having obtained a grant of letters of administration appointing a sole administrator. It now transpires that a minority interest will arise under the intestacy so the original grant has been revoked and I am in the process of obtaining a new grant appointing a second administrator to act along side the original administrator. Do I need to submit S.27 notices again once the new grant has been issued to protect the new administrator? My feeling is that I probably do.
