I have an estate where some agricultural land is subject to a s.52 agreement (Town and Country Planning Act 1971 ) and S.33 Local Gov (Misc Provs) Act 1982 re agricultural use and neighbouring land (not owned by the estate)
The wording is ambiguous and the executors may want a barrister’s opinion regarding their options re disposal or transfer of the land in question.
Can anyone recommend an appropriate Barrister
