I would be very grateful if anyone can give me a brief outline of the procedure that would have to be followed in Switzerland for dealing with Swiss assets (property and cash) under an English Will?
My client has Swiss assets, does not want to make a Swiss Will, but remains concerned about the problems that might arise.
