Time limit for action in respect of incorrect distribution of estate by deceased

J died in 1988 and W as PR only distributed the estate between himself and sister L and did not include child of deceased brother H.

W died in 2005 leaving entire estate including that inherited from J to his widow D. D has now died and adult daughter of deceased brother H has indicated to the PR of D that they may make a claim. I understand that under Section 1 (1) of the Limitation Act 1980 that there is no period of limitation if it’s a fraudulent breach of trust but under Section 21 (3) the limitation period is six years if the Trustee/PR had acted honestly and reasonably. Presumably will this six year period only apply from when the daughter came to know that she should have inherited a share and not the date of death of J in 1988.
