I need to consider an application to the Court under CPR part 64 for a direction to sanction the sale of trust property to the protector of the trust, to guard against any potential (albeit very unlikely in this case) challenge from beneficiaries. Does anyone have any recent experience of dealing with such an application? The paperwork required seems reasonably self explanatory on a first glance at the rules, I was wondering about the likely timescale?
