Hello,
I work in a very small firm and do not have access to Lexis. I require a Deed of Appointment to be signed by the Trustees appointing all funds out of the discretionary nil rate band will trust within two years of the date of death.
Is anyone able to assist directly or by pointing me towards a free resource?
