I am looking for a recommendation for an Illinois based solicitor who will be able to assist with a Scottish estate I am currently administering.
The deceased was born in Scotland but domiciled in the USA at date of death. He owned a property in Scotland and we require an opinion from the domicile at date of death confirming the validity of the Scottish Will to proceed with confirmation.
