My client has a deceased brother in Menorca. The estate comprises just one bank account, which I understand passes to him under Spanish intestacy law. I understand that he will need to claim it as the sole beneficiary, but his intention is to pass it to the deceased’s surviving partner.
Could anyone recommend a Spanish lawyer, preferably in Menorca, and preferably who speaks English and who might be able to assist my client please?
