This must have come up before but I can’t put my hand on it. The partners of my firm (or successor practice) are appointed executors of a will and my executors’ statement states:
“By a resolution dated the 29th day of April 2019 I was duly appointed by the said [ ] Limited as its nominee for the purpose of applying for letters of administration (with will) of the estate of the said deceased”
Can anyone share the resolution i need to prepare to send to the probate registry with this statement, please?
