I understand that when the residential property passes into a discretionary trust it loses the RNRB.
In short, the precedents for disabled will trusts that I have found include a discretionary element.
Do you have a precedent for a disabled will trust that does not include a discretionary element, or could you otherwise advise on this, please?
Failing, that, I could have a look at adapting an exisiting precedent, to remove the discretionary element.
