I am dealing with an estate where one Executor out of two has been removed by court order and I have been appointed as an Executor in their place. The original Grant has now been with the Probate Registry for many months, which is rather frustrating, as it needs to be endorsed with the new appointment.
Do forum members know whether Statutory Ads can be placed whilst we wait for the Grant to be updated or will the ads not count until the new Grant has been issued (as is the case in a Grant where there is an Administrator and not and Executor).
