Can any of you clarify what section 2.12 of the PA1P means. The question regarding whether the deceased had VESTED land in the deceased which settled before their death?

The margin notes on the form refer to land held by the deceased under the Settled Land Act 1925, and which remains settled land after their death.
The question, therefore is asking if the deceased was a tenant for life under the Settled Land Act 1925.
