Dear all, I have a lady who established a family trust in 2014, and settled the family home into it. The settlor is a trustee but now lacks capacity and has left the family home for care. A co-trustee needs advice as to how to deal with this situation - I have all the documents, but can anyone let me know if you advise directly in this situation, and deal with any relevant paperwork?
