My client is the majority shareholder in a SARL based in Tangiers, Morocco. He has written to what he believes is the registered office of the company asking that an EGM be called at which to vote upon a resolution appointing himself as sole Director in place of the present incumbent.
He has heard nothing. Can forum members suggest a solicitor, accountant or other professional adviser based in Tangiers who might assist my client in enforcing his rights please?
