B&B/Guesthouse - BPR & RNRB

Sole Trader running a guesthouse/b&b trade. There are clearly the usual ‘additional services’ to consider i.e. daily cleaning of rooms, provision of meals, drinks etc to avoid the wholly or mainly investment but has anyone any thoughts on restriction of BPR for personal use e.g. where the soletrader lives in the property and so sleeps in one of the rooms i.e. is there an argument that part of the property isnt used for the business and so could be an excluded asset for BPR on death. Also any thoughts on RNRB. Clearly if the whole of the value of the property is covered by BPR the RNRB wont be needed for that but if the decd has other assets that are above the 325K would they get the RNRB on the grounds that it is their home and can therefore utilise that against the value of the other assets. Thanks in advance.
