So I have been researching the cost of undertaking Bankruptcy searches in Northern Ireland and the Netherlands on a Trust matter I am dealing with.
Northern Ireland -say it is free to search online the Department of Economy for Debt Relief Orders, Bankruptcy Orders and IVA Register but then it says it costs £31 if you want to ask the HIgh Court in Belfast to do this? Would the High Court in Belfast simply be looking at the same online register that I have already looked at?
Likewise with the Netherlands it says it is free to search the Central Insolvency Register - which I have done - no matches.
I am just worrying I am missing someting here when I can see companies charging between £90 - £120 for these ‘international searches’ in both of these jurisdictions?
