Settlor (S) put his property into a life interest trust with a company called Bespoke Legal. Trustees are S himself (who now lacks capacity), his two sisters (one of whom has died) and Bespoke Probate Services Ltd.
S is in care the property needs dealing with as it is run down and empty.
I realise that I will need to apply to the CoP to appoint a new Trustee in place of S - probably the Deputy under s54 unless there are any other suggestions?
My main issue is Bespoke Legal which were run by Alan Carson who has been disqualified and none of his companies are now trading. I am unsure how to update this element with the Land Registry - has anyone had experience of this?
