Can we act for two Ex spouses when completing their Will

Hi,

I have a client who has completed their Will with us following his second relationship breakdown. He has left everything to his children from his first ex wife and has no children from the second partner. He has a amicable relationship with his ex wife.

His ex wife has contacted us to do her Will and leave everything to the children too.

Is it sensible to act for both given they have the same common interest for their children or is this a potential conflict of interest and confidentiality. Both have approached independently.

Your help will be appreciated.

Thank you
