My client’s Will gives a percentage of his residuary Estate to the ‘Save The Tiger’ activities of Panthera UK. I have tried emailing and telephoning this charity and have also sent a recorded delivery letter to the address mentioned in the Will but received no response. Can I now make the distribution to another charity in the ‘tiger saving’ sphere or is there anything else I should do first?

Assuming this is Panthera Wildlife Trust, I think the US organisation is a parent or at least affiliated and shares board members. It would be worth trying them: Home | Panthera
