I am desperately in need of the HMRC form CAP200 which isn’t available online. I telephoned HMRC to request this 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been received. Could I ask any forum members who may have a copy of this form to kindly share this with me.

Hi Rosemary, whenever I have requested forms from HMRC which aren’t on their website, they have emailed them to me whilst I was on the phone. I would give them another call and request they do that, and don’t hang up until it arrives.
