Testator was born in St Lucia and moved to England many years ago. The family believe that there are no assets outside England & Wales, although the will says that it is limited to English assets.
I previously had a file where the Probate Registry have asked for confirmation of whether there is a foreign will and I would expect them to do so again in this case.
Does St Lucia have an equivalent of the Certainty will search?
