Hi, I have a client contacting me regarding a rewrite of her Will. She has a Will from 1996 with her now-deceased husband.
Within her Will is a PPT plus DTR, and the beneficiaries are to be changed.
My question is, what do you all do for charges, Will + Trust or just a Will? Her Husbands 50% Severance is “technically” in the original Trust as I understand it, but with a new Will, she’ll revoke her old one of course. I know I can charge reasonably what I want, but I want to be fair?
