We have a bare PI trust (exempt from TRS) but the trustees are the legal owners of the property held in the trust whereas the beneficiary is the beneficial owner hence we are registering the co-ownership property trust. My question is the trustees own 3 residential properties within the PI trust. Is it acceptable to just register 1 co ownership trust to cover all 3 (all have same settlor, trustees and beneficiaries) or do we need to strictly register each property ownership as a separate trust (which I suspect may be the case) thanks in advance
