When dealing with the deceased’s estate, is it wise for the surviving spouse, who is the director of the deceased’s company, who was appointed by the deceased, and appointed as 1 of the 3 executors, 2 other executors are, a chartered accountant, the other a solicitor, the 2 are also trustees.
