Sister of deceased applied (in 2007) for Grant of Letters of Administration for use and benefit of deceased’s daughter. Sister died in 2020 and estate assets still to be dealt with. The daughter has given us PoA to apply for Grant. Is the application process simply a PA1A completed by the attorney with the return of the original Grant and evidence that the original Administrator has died?
