Do Deeds of Variation and TRS?

Hello

First time poster here! I am a bit confused as to the above and whether Deeds of Variations do in fact need to be registered with the TRS.

Can anyone clarify for me please.

Thanks Paul. This is where I am confused, because there is talk of DOV creating a bare trust with the consequence of the need for registration (which also has been confirmed in webinars by Lesley King) but I then do a bit of research which aligns with your answer
