Dual qualified lawyer in Florida

I have an English client who is also a US citizen and has been resident in the US since 1998. He is renting out his house in London and his only other English asset is a bank account with NatWest.

Can anyone recommend a dual-qualified lawyer in Florida that might be able to advise him on preparing a will in the US, please?
