Anyone know how long these are taking? We sent a schedule of assets and liabilities in November and it apparently still hasn’t been allocated for review. To be clear this was a response to the initial letter they have not asked for any further information. I think there will have been an overpayment as the deceased’s property was sold a few months before he died.
I haven’t had one for years and they used to review the schedule fairly quickly and advise that there was no claim or ask for further statement. The calculation used to take months.
