English Trust with Scottish asset

We manage a bare trust which was created under the jurisdiction of English & Welsh law. At the time of creating the trust the settlor (and sole beneficiary) was based in England. They have since moved to Scotland and want to purchase a property under the trust and subsequently register it in the names of the trustees who will continue to be based in England.

Could there potentially be any issues and/or implications with an English trust owning Scottish real estate?
